At Muskoka Resin Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care. Because each item is handmade, slight variations make every creation unique.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in it original condition.
• Include all original packaging
• Be returned at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or wrong item was sent

Damage or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• The item
• The packaging
• and the shipping box

We'll happily offer:

• A replacement
• A full refund

Custom & Personal Orders

Custom-made and personalized items (including memorial pieces containing ashes or personal photographs) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

• Orders are carefully packed to help ensure the arrive safely
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information (if applicable)
• Local pick-up may be available by arrangement
• Muskoka Resin Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or customs
• Each piece is handmade and packaged with care in Muskoka, Ontario
